Returning Families Registration
Dear FCS Parents,
Thank you for re-enrolling to Foothill Christian School. We appreciate the confidence you have in us to provide your child with a superior education that is based upon God-honoring values. We love our students and count it a privilege to partner with you in their growth and development.
Below are the necessary forms to register. For your application to be complete, it must include the following:
• Emergency Form
• Enrollment Agreement
• Permissions Document
• Involvement Survey
• Financial Rate Sheet
• Automatic Bank Debit Enrollment
Registration Packets will not be accepted unless all paperwork is submitted along with the registration fee. Returning Student $325
(Enroll by February 15th and you can pay the 2010 rate of $295 – a $30 discount.)
